Rosdee Laab 30g

RosDee Laab is a popular Thai seasoning mix from Ajinomoto for making Laab, a spicy minced meat salad. It allows easy preparation of authentic Isaan flavors by simply adding the powder to cooked meat, herbs, and onions. Available in lime or lime-namtok flavors, it includes ingredients such as ground roasted rice, chili, salt, sugar, and fish sauce powder, making it a quick, flavorful dish.

• Ground roasted sticky rice (Khao Khua).
• Chili, salt, sugar.
• Fish sauce powder, lime juice powder.
• Flavor enhancers (MSG). 

1. Cook minced meat (pork, chicken, etc.) with a little water until done.
2. Add the entire sachet of RosDee Laab mix and stir well.
3. Mix in fresh shallots/red onions, mint leaves, and other herbs.
4. Serve immediately, often with sticky rice or fresh vegetables.
