Orders may be cancelled for any reason within 30 minutes of placement via your purchase history.

Cancellations are accepted if contact is made on the same day the order was placed and before the product has shipped.

- For hygiene and food safety reasons, we do not accept cancellations or refusal of delivery for food items once they have been shipped. Customers who refuse delivery will be charged round-trip shipping costs plus disposal fees for perishable items.
食品衛生上の理由により、発送後の食品のキャンセル・受取拒否はお受けできません。受取拒否の場合、往復送料および廃棄費用を請求させていただく場合があります。 - Frozen items cannot be returned for customer convenience.
冷凍食品はお客様都合による返品対象外です。 - Outer packaging damage (shipping box only) that does not affect the product or food safety is not considered a defective item.
外箱のみの損傷で商品または食品の安全性に影響がない場合、不良品とはみなされません。 - If a product arrives damaged or differs from your order, please contact us within 3 days with clear photos of both the item and its packaging.
商品が破損していた場合や注文と異なる場合は、3日以内に商品と梱包の写真を添えてご連絡ください。
- Credit card refunds are processed through the card issuer and may take 1–2 billing cycles.
クレジットカードの返金はカード会社経由で処理され、1〜2請求サイクルかかる場合があります。 - Bank transfer refunds: Bank transfer fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
銀行振込での返金：振込手数料は返金額から差し引かれます。 - Konbini refunds: Processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when requesting a refund; a bank transfer fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
コンビニ決済の返金：銀行振込にて処理いたします。返金をご依頼の際は振込先口座情報をお知らせください。振込手数料は返金額から差し引かれます。 - PayPay refunds: Refunded directly to your PayPay balance, usually within a few hours.
PayPayでのお支払いの返金：PayPay残高へ直接返金され、通常数時間以内に反映されます。 - Cash on Delivery refunds: Processed via bank transfer after return confirmation. COD handling fees are non-refundable.
代引きの返金：返品確認後に銀行振込で処理されます。代引手数料は返金対象外です。
