Cancellation and Returns (Refunds & Exchanges)
Our store adheres to the following conditions:
- Cancellation for Customer Convenience (Before Shipping)

1. Cancellation for Customer Convenience (Before Shipping)
Orders can be cancelled via your purchase history for any reason (or no reason) within 30 minutes of purchase. However, cancellation may not be possible within this timeframe in the following cases:
- Orders placed without a complete customer registration.
- Orders with scheduled delivery set for the earliest possible date.
For cancellations after 30 minutes, please refer to the conditions below:
- Service Conditions: We accept cancellations if contact is made on the same day the order was placed and before the product has been shipped.
- After Shipping: If contact is made after shipping, we will refund the amount paid minus the original shipping fee and the return shipping costs (shipping usually occurs on the same or next business day).
- Refund Amount: Total amount paid minus shipping and return costs. For credit card payments, the reversal will be processed through the card issuer.
2. Refund for Customer Convenience
- Condition: Valid only for unopened and unused products. You must contact us via phone or email within the specified period. (Note: Frozen food items are excluded from this category and cannot be returned for convenience.)
- Deadline: Within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Refund Amount: Product price only (original shipping costs are non-refundable).
- Return Shipping: At the customer’s expense.
3. Exchange for Customer Convenience
- Condition: Valid only for unopened and unused products.
- Deadline: Within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Return Shipping: At the customer’s expense.
- Reshipping Fee: At the customer’s expense.
- Note: If an identical item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
4. Refund for Defective or Damaged Products
- Condition: Regardless of whether the product has been used, provided contact is made within the deadline.
- Deadline: Within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Refund Amount: Total amount paid (Product + Shipping).
- Return Shipping: Covered by the store.
- Note: For Cash on Delivery (Daibiki) purchases, shipping and handling fees will still be charged.
5. Exchange for Defective or Damaged Products
- Condition: Regardless of use, we will exchange the item for a new one.
- Deadline: Within 3 days of receiving the product.
- Return and Reshipping Fees: Covered by the store.

Important Notes Regarding Food Products
- We strive for the highest quality. However, if a product arrives damaged or differs from your order, please contact us within 2 days.
- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept cancellations or refusal of delivery for food items once they have been shipped.
For refunds based on customer convenience, any bank transfer fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
