Pricing and Payment Policy
Pricing
Product prices displayed in the catalog do not include consumption tax or shipping fees (which vary based on the delivery location and product category, such as dry goods or frozen items). The final order total, including all applicable taxes and shipping, will be calculated at checkout.
Payment Methods
1. Credit Card
- Accepted Cards: We accept the following card networks. All cards support single payment (full payment) options.
- VISA, MASTER, JCB: Revolving or installment payments available (3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24 installments).
- Diners: Revolving payments only.
- AMEX: Installment payments only (3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, 24 installments).
- Important Notes:
- If a transaction is declined due to your card status, Shoppu.jp will notify you to update your payment method. If no action is taken within 7 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- For security purposes, we may require identity verification (via phone or other means) during the checkout process.
- We only accept cards registered under the name of the account holder. Third-party credit cards are not permitted.
- Official credit card receipts are not issued by the store; please refer to your payment provider or the checkout system records for transaction history.

3. Cash on Delivery (Daibiki)

In the event of a technical error, manifest pricing error, or stock discrepancy, the store reserves the right to cancel the order and provide a full refund of the amount paid.
